How do you secure a property sale during lockdown?

In April Harrisons Residential exchanged on thirteen properties and completed on seven. We believe no one is more committed to getting people moving during this time, this is why we are constantly reviewing and adapting our services to help our customers.

Even in these strange times, people are still buying and selling homes. Here at Harrisons Residential we are committed to making our property transactions as Safe, Simple and Secure as possible.

This is why we have teamed up with Gazeal, they effectively underwrite your property sale to ensure it goes through to completion.

It works like this:

The buyer views your home safely, and express' an interest to us that they are considering making an offer.

We then ask the you to complete a buyer information pack on the Gazeal platform. This is then sent to the buyer to review before an offer is made.  A better-informed buyer is less likely to pull out and more likely to be bold in putting forward their best offer.

Once an offer is agreed. It is reserved, to protect you from Gazumping/Gazundering. You'll be safe in the knowledge that your property sale is secure before legal exchange of contracts.

Harrisons Residential are the only agent locally offering this service. We believe no one is more committed to help get people moving during lockdown. Why not give us a call to find out more about this and our other measures we have taken to help our clients during lockdown.
