Representing the housing industry

Chris has had an inspiring day out and about today, promoting the property sector and speaking on behalf of the industry

Chris was invited to the Abbey School Faversham to speak to students that are currently considering their career options. Many of the students have developed a passion for property already and were keen to know more. Chris was able to give them more information about what the industry is like to work in and how to get started in estate agency.

Then, this afternoon Chris was asked to attend a webinar organised by The Innovation Collaboration Group, which is a forward thinking collaboration between some of the top industry suppliers and proptech companies. They were discussing how to drive sales through the conveyancing process using new technologies within the property sector. Chris was invited to speak on behalf of UK estate agents due to Harrisons having exceptionally low fall through rates and their use of reservation agreements to secure sales.
