Market update 13th June 2020

BOOM. Harrisons in Sittingbourne have got off to a flying start!

Following the lifting of Lock down on the 13th May and despite all the negative speculation regarding the housing market, Harrisons in Sittingbourne have got off to a flyer and buyer confidence is high. We've agreed 20 deals subject to contract with 8 properties selling over the asking price, 7 at the asking price and the remainder just under. Olivia has done a sterling job in managing 10 deals through to exchange and completion and Ryan has been a superstar in listing properties with 19 already live and 8 properties marketed behind the scenes.
