As Head of Valuations/Sales you will be joining or management team responsible for the day-to-day management of Harrisons Estate Agents.  Knowledge of the Sittingbourne and Swale area would be helpful.  A Full Driving License is essential

Main Responsibilities:
·      Creating Opportunities/Market Appraisals
·      Carrying out market appraisals/instructions
·      Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our servives, experience and significant track record
·      Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data and projecting future performance and reporting to Branch Manager/Director
·      Building and maintaining client relationships
·       Motivating and leading other staff members
·       Generating sales 
·       Ensure all compliance requirements are met
·       Mentoring & supporting staff development
